The Standard Equipment

Engining Room (all made by inox steel):

Water decalcification equipment

Water demineralization equipment

Electric panel (alimentation and tracks’ controls)

Electric panel functions:

a)     Programs’ PLC (one PLC for each track)

b)     Lights equipment control with twilight control

c)     Automatic control on the antifreeze equipment (untill –25° C)

d)     High pressure pumps control

e)     Decalcified and demineralized water pumps control

f)      Shampoo and wax doser pumps control

g)     Connection whit the token boxs and commands control

h)     Selection Auto-Manual for each track

i)      Tracks warning lights

Coins-tokens erogator-changer

Gasoline boiler with accumulator 800 lt (inox steel)

High pressure CAT pumps (one for each track)

Shampoo doser pumps and  Wax doser pumps with anti-acid membrane, two for each track

The whole structure is made by inox steel

The roof is made by inox steel

and policarbonate anti UV

Fixing policarbonate on the roof whi inox steel plate

The bulkheads are made by inox steel

and crystall antibreaking

On the anterior wall of the box is installed

two tokens erogator

The token machines are made by inox steel

(one for each track)

The lights equipment consists in

four neon lights for each track

High pressure lance along brush insertion

(one for each track)

Perimetral superior loom (30 cm) in inox steel

360° flexible arm in inox steel (one for each track)

3,7 meter Inox steel pole for one open track

Vacuum cleaners in inox steel
